Hi Traders,
Today, Nifty Opened gap up following global cues.It opened around 5220 but could not sustain it. see sawed between 5200 and 5220. broke down below 5200 in the afternoon and never recovered. In the last half an hour, it more or less traded below 5150 and close around 5145.
As i write this, Europe and US markets are trading negative. Asian Markets and Nifty may start soft tomorrow.Nifty could not sustain the morning high and broken a key support of 5200 in the last 2 sessions.Thus the sentiment turned weak now.Selling rally would be a good strategy with 5200 as stop loss.
here is Nifty Option Chain of 14th Nov 11(Mon). 5400 call and 5000 Put has highest OI.
